Applications

By applying for a job electronically, you consent to the store, disclosed and processed by your data provided within the PonteMed Group for the purpose of job search and staffing. Application documents may contain special categories of personal data in accordance with Art. 9 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. These are, for example, data on political opinions, religious beliefs, physical or mental health or a photo that points to ethnic origin. If you submit such information in the application documents, you expressly agree that we process, transmit and store this information. If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents will be deleted within the following six months of notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the responsible body conflict with a deletion.

All information that you determine to us is stored on servers within the European Union, the EEA and Switzerland. We attach particular importance to ensuring that an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed in the respective country.
